This Irish sour stays on course with Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey and teams up with dry vermouth, grapefruit juice and Maraschino Cherry Syrup to bring it all together.

1.5 oz. Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey

0.75 oz. Dry Vermouth

1 oz. Grapefruit Juice

0.5 oz. Simple Syrup

0.25 oz. Maraschino Cherry Syrup

1 dash Orange Bitters

Top with Club Soda



Add ingredients 1-4 to shaker with ice. Shake and strain into iced Collins glass. Top with soda, float with cherry syrup, garnish and serve.
